Data access through the NIMH Data Archive, tutorials and documentation from the Data Integration and Resource Center, recorded talks, and the published papers to cite.
A2CPS data are maintained in the National Institute of Mental Health Data Archive (NDA). Any researcher can access them by completing a Data Access Request for the NDA permission group. In NDA, A2CPS is listed as “Data Center for Acute to Chronic Pain Biosignatures”, collection #5121.
Start early. Access requests must be reviewed and approved. Filing yours before the workshop means you can follow the hands-on segments with real data.
Built by the Data Integration and Resource Center at a2cps.github.io.
Brief tutorials for each data modality, written for researchers who know one kind of data but not another. Each kit covers how to access the relevant files and shows simple analyses in R, Python and shell, from FreeSurfer tables to brain age versus true age.
